My narrative here is high fantasy in its scope, its characters, its peril and purpose—but it is not fiction; it is an unfolding truth.

What if the deepest secrets of the world were soon to be revealed? The veil is about to be lifted, and when it is, we will see that our world is not at all what it seems to be. We will see that beneath the mundane lies a realm of mythopoeic drama—and we will come to recognize the true nature of our troubled times, and the real danger that we must confront.

And this drama, with its cast of incredible-but-real characters, the great king, Helios, and mysterious Maia, of the ancient races not of this earth, the monstrous colossus named PoMo (Enemy of Truth), and the heroic wizard-warriors, the whole phenomenon of Helios' emergence from the egg called Gaiaon, all this is like our Grand Canyon, whose sublime grandeur, the very presence of the immense structure, is invisible to us until we find ourselves at its rim. Once we understand that the colossi (my name for collective persons) are real persons, we will have positioned ourselves to view the Panoply. And only then can we understand the true nature of the danger that we all face and the great importance of our quest.

Even in Gaiaon, Helios exerts a vital, positive influence on us, and once he is born, he will bring about a Golden Age for humankind. But now, PoMo threatens to destroy Helios in the egg. Only Helios, once born, can save himself—and crush PoMo, so the task has fallen to the wizard warriors to bring Helios out of Gaiaon, and they will do this by playing an arcane game—rational in structure, mythic in spirit—called the Game of a Trillion Worlds.

So as PoMo comes near to the realm, and when her movement, like a crash of thunder, terrifies the non-initiates of the land, the wizard warriors will calmly return to their chambers and arrange their cards according to their signs, and inscribe their contentions in the Notebooks of Truth—in this way, they will be preparing their weapons for the coming wordwar against the monster.

So, it falls now to the wizard warriors to do what has to be done, which is to join the League of Dialecticians, to play the Game of a Trillion Worlds, to change the world forever.

Those who seek hidden worlds, heroic contests, and pure beauty might be among the few able to perceive such a quest, and perhaps even to join it. For this is not a fiction, not a metaphor, not a commercial pitch, but a real and unfolding work: a Game of reason, a system of signs, a weapon of clarity. Beneath the symbols lies structure. Beneath the myth, logic. And those who understand both are needed now—for the old era is ending, and a new one must be born. The task is not escape, but synthesis. Not rebellion, but transfiguration. Those who stand at the threshold must help build the bridge.
